2. Data We Collect
We collect the personal data you provide directly to us — such as name, email address and phone number — when you submit a contact form, request a booking or an experience, or create an account. When you make a payment, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your card number on our systems.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to respond to inquiries, process bookings and guest services, manage your account, and send transactional communications such as booking confirmations and receipts. We process this data on the basis of the performance of a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f)), and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Service Providers
To operate our services we work with the following processors: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), Railway (application hosting), and Cloudflare, including Cloudflare R2 (content delivery, security, and media storage). Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its service, under its own data protection terms.
5. Cookies & Similar Technologies
Our site uses a small number of essential cookies and local-storage entries needed for it to function: your language preference, your shopping cart, and, if you have an account, your session/login token. During checkout, Stripe may set its own cookies, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party advertising or profiling cookies. 6. Newsletter
If you subscribe to Discoveries, our occasional newsletter, we collect your email address and your language preference. We use this data solely to send you the newsletter and to manage your subscription — including your subscription status and a record of your consent. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given through a double opt-in confirmation email: nothing is sent to your address until you confirm. You may withdraw your consent at any time — every newsletter email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, or you may write to [email protected].
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law — for example, Italian tax and accounting regulations may require certain transaction records to be kept for a statutory period.

2. Stays & Guest Services
Wolf Bordin offers short-term accommodation rentals in San Gregorio da Sassola, Lazio, together with guest services and curated experiences — including flowers, charcuterie boards, private chef, massages, and transfers coordinated with licensed local drivers — as well as interior design services. Minimum stay, availability, and pricing for each stay or experience are shown to you at the time of booking.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit or debit card details.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation, change, and refund terms are specific to each stay or experience and are shown to you at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation. Please refer to those terms, or contact us at [email protected] with any questions before you book.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation, validity, or performance will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
