Every home has a purpose.

We begin by understanding what a home is meant to become — before we change anything.

Design strategy led by Leah Wolf

We begin by understanding the property before changing it.

Every project is shaped around the home's architecture, purpose, potential and the people it is intended to serve. From there, we identify what should be preserved, restored, improved or introduced.

The result is not simply a more beautiful interior, but a home that functions better, feels more considered and supports its long-term purpose.

Most homes already have beautiful bones. Our job is to reveal them.

The method

Understanding before changing.

Understand

The purpose comes first. A family home, a holiday rental, a house that must sell well — each asks for different decisions. We establish the purpose, the person who will use it, and the value the finished home should hold.

Assess

Room by room: what stays, what is restored, what is improved, what is removed. Most of what a house needs is already inside it.

Restore

We restore before we replace, and refinish before we discard. Original doors, stone, beams, terracotta and good furniture are repaired and returned to use.

Refine

Interiors, light, flow and comfort — chosen so the home works the way it is meant to be lived in, and holds its value long after the work is done.

We don't believe every home needs more.
We believe every home deserves better.

Better, not more

The most sustainable material is the one already in the house. Restoration keeps craftsmanship, character and carbon where they belong — in the building.

Hospitality strategy by Leah Wolf

A holiday home is designed for its guest, not its owner.

Leah combines design, guest experience and commercial positioning to create properties that feel memorable, function effortlessly and perform at a higher level within their market. Wolf Bordin then supports the property through renovation, project delivery and operational setup.
